Ok that sucker weighed at about 3 lbs. First filled with cheese and butter, then topped with sour cream, and about 3/4lbs of chopped beef.
The peeling alone was great tasting. Yeah I ate it all. I did request their Signature original Barbecue Sause (they spell it that way) got two packets

to go, and that was just perfect for the potato. Very good food Well worth the trip across Houston to eat there.
