JNR ENTERPRISES LLC

We are leasing a floor of an office building from “JNR ENTERPRISES LLC” .

It has come to our attention that the renters of the third floor of our building, said they have been forced to pay the water bill for the whole building. Over the past two days we have come in and seen that our trash was not emptied, floors not vacuumed and bathrooms not cleaned.

We have since been informed that the clean up crew who normally would walk the site cleaning up as they have been paid to do (in the past), quit because the Leasing agency or what ever has not paid them in quite some time.

Our regular trash pick up has also appears to have stopped.

Meanwhile they have a banner outside the building saying they are leasing space.

We can’t take the elevator. Someone taped it off. One of the employees warned all of us that someone got stuck in the elevator last night after hours.

Now I do not know if any of these claims are true. I can not say anything really negative about the company renting the space, because I do not know if any of this is true at all. I have however walked the location we are renting, and took a few random pictures of objects that I felt like taking pictures of.
