I can go put 5 gallons of gasoline in my car right now and get less than 60 miles out of it. But my car was getting 25 miles per gallon in the city just a month ago. That should be 125 miles out of 5 gallons of gas. I was thinking someone was stealing [...]

stated time is supposedly 15 minutes each time the power goes out. We on the other hand had no electricity for over an Hour the first time and no power for 30 minutes the next time. Followed by two 15 minute blackouts
