I am on a path to skinny and tone up.

I am a tad bit out of a comfortable size and shape.

I will be uploading progress pictures and showing you all what the plan has done for me on a week to week basis.

I may miss a day or two. I hope I don’t but I will be posting as often as I can to tell you what I did, before I forget.

I do not advise you do any of this because I am not a specialist. Just writing to keep myself motivated.
