Black or dark Pt Cruiser or HHR with dark tinted windows, pulls into a parking lot of an office building, in just 5 minutes time, 7 cars are broken into. Locks broke off of doors, possessions rummaged through for selective choosing. Stealing flashlights, cell phones, laptops and anything that looks like it will sell or have monetary value, or items they just find interesting.]]></description>
