I had to change things up
I did as many sits as I could, as fast as i could without counting, for as long as I could, I made it just short of about 3 minutes ( I made it through 3 almost 4 commercials on tv)
I then did fifty bench presses as fast as could using the dumbbells mentioned in the previous exercise notes.
3 sets of 20 toe touches (we all remember those from school)
I do not feel any healthier while I exercise, I feel really unmotivated, but I do feel amazing while at work. I do feel belly jiggle while walking.
Ok that’s all I will do for today.. I need to come up with something else.

So far, I have just done one set of sit-ups as I watched a television show. The advertisements are my marker. I start from the very second the sitcom comes on and do not stop until the next advertisement. I just go kinda slow. The counting part makes it hard so I am not counting, I just go for a durration.
I have also been doing curls. This one I am counting. 2 sets of 25. There will be pictures on the fitness page but first I have to see activity. I have to see change before I go posting my blubber on the web. One week I bet I can see a change.
Ok now I will drop and do 20 push-ups. I don’t want to do to much on day one.
ok, done… Man my head is thumping.. ugg
this will be rough.. I hope I can skinny up and lose weight, it will be hard to drop these pounds. Last time I did this, I saw huge change in teh start, the exercises got easier, the weight loss slowed. So maybe this time I will gradually take it up.
No worries all, I did take a before picture. let’s see what a week does.. bye now.
