What to Do Before A Hurricane
This is my MacGyver Hurricane supply. Do with it as you wish. If you miss any of these items, you will soon realize you need them. Do not make this post the only list you use. Do not gamble your life in a hurricane by my post. I am just trying to help make things easier for you with this.
Think it might be hot out
Today, 8pm on ride across houston, after 30 minutes and maybe 20 miles of travel, I looked at my radio. I saw what the temperature was outside. I have no idea what temperature the weather report claimed. But i was seeing 100 degrees. I kept trying to get a clear picture of the time and temperature. But the picture kept coming out blurry.
I finally caught a clear picture. By then the temperature had dropped 2 degrees.
Houston, it’s freaky hot outside.

Time to Raindance
We need rain and we need it now and we all need to pull our raindances together and get this storm started. More than a week into hurricane season and not a single flood? Not good. Texas does not function well without an over flowing ditch here and again.
Dry Texas
Mother nature is not being kind to Houston Texas. There is no rain and everything is dried up.The Houston weather has not been kind this year. It is a surprise that Houston isn't being hit with fires as the wooded areas begin to dry up. all while on the edge of hurricane season. We may not see rain for a long time.
Houston Weather Rain
Houston Weather took the turn we have been needing, lets hope for more weather like this.
